WorkNest (“we”, “us”) provides a task and group collaboration platform (the “Service”). These Terms apply to all users of the Service. If you do not agree, please do not use WorkNest.
Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.
- Keep your password confidential and use a strong password.
- Do not share accounts. Use individual logins where possible.
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including:
- Attempting to access other users’ data without permission.
- Uploading malware, abusing vulnerabilities, or disrupting the Service.
- Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users.
- Using the Service for illegal activities.
Your Content
You keep ownership of content you create (tasks, group names, descriptions). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service.
Groups & Roles
Groups may include roles like Owner/Admin/Moderator/Member. Owners are responsible for how their groups are managed, including invitations, role assignment, and moderation decisions.

WorkNest uses essential cookies for session/security. Optional analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) should only be enabled if the user accepts analytics cookies in the consent banner.

Termination
